Pastoral Work in the Mission
The Centocow Mission - Parish besides the Mission Church - serves 14 outstations - the chapels located in the villages in the rural mountainous area in the distance up to 25 km from the Mission. There are only gravel roads which are often not accessible because of rain.
In the Mission we serve the patients and staff of St. Apollinaris Hospital that was built 1938 by missionaries, but now it is under the government management.

Holy Mass at Nsimbini village- this old clay made chapel is too small for the great number of believers, so that the children have to sit around the altar.

Every outstation has liturgical and prayer leaders who
are formed and trained in their skills.

Blessing of the Candles on The Feast of Presentation of the Lord with great participation of members of Society of Missionary Children

Celebration of Palm Sunday. The priest rides on the donkey following the example of Jesus. He is proceeded by children singing: Hosanna!!!

The children participate actively in the liturgy of the Holy Mass by bringing the Book of Reading or the gifts in procession.
